My story begins like any other normal human... I was born. Little did I know my life would take a drastic turn. My parents separated when I was eight. My siblings choose to stay with my mother. Most people ask me why I choose to live with my dad. I'd say it was God ordained. This choice brought me to New Orleans where my dad met Ron Borison. He invited me to church. His family picked me up on their way to every church service. Soon, I was baptized with about thirteen other people one bright and clear Sunday Morning. A few months later , at senior youth camp, I received the Holy Ghost. I had no idea where God would take me but I knew he had some great plans for me and I wanted every part in it! This wonderful day didn't make my life instantly perfect but it revealed my real purpose! I faced many struggles like not having my family around but God came through!
Philippians 4:19
19 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
I gained a whole church family! God sent Godly people to help lead me at a very young age and helped shaped me into the person I am today. I was molded like a potter molds clay. I've sacrificed nothing in comparison to such a great life I have. God has entrusted me to teach a Sunday School class, coordinate youth music, and so much more. The Devil wanted to ruin my life as an eight year old girl but failed miserably. God always reigns victorious!
Romans 8:35-39
35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
